Individual Piano Lessons

I teach beginning students out of the Alfred Basic Piano Library series. But if you are using other books, I am happy to teach out of those instead. A 30 or 45 minute piano lesson will consist of:

1) Scales and music theory.

2) Review of that week’s assigned music.

3) New music and concepts.

4) Practice and performance techniques tailored to each student.

Two-Student Piano Lessons

Two Student piano lessons have all the elements of an individual lesson but each student will be on a keyboard with headphones. Each student will play the piano for the full 30 minutes. There will be some structured playing-together time, but mainly they will be working individually. Students using this option should be able to stay focused and work independently for up to 5 minutes at a time.
